Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your email mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponders and guard your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply specify the email account you wish to forward e-mails from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
